  • What could have happened that would cause humnas to develope a negetive response to wheat. As Dr. Muray states human genes have not changed. One must then look at either the plant itelf or at the amount and volume at which it is consumed. Well thats easy enough. Around the Great Depression Wheat was genetically modified to be a more productive plant. This changed the Gluten protien molecule making it much larger and much more difficult for the human digestive track to absorb. Simple
